  • Where do UNITY ship the products from?
    Your products will be shipped from the UNITY MY local warehouse located in KEDAH.
  • Do you have physical stores?
    SORRY, currently we don't have physical stores. BUT, you can use the "Location" feature on our website to find the nearest vape store to you. Simply enter your location, and you'll be provided with information about the nearest store's opening hours and contact details. Our product is available in their store.
  • How to cancel my order?
    Before the package is shipped, you can contact customer service to help you arrange the cancellation of the order. Once the package is shipped, the order can't be canceled.
  • How can I contact customer service?

  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions. Please refer to our return policy to understand the conditions and process for returns, and ensure that you follow the instructions for returning items.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Temporary we're only accept for Online Instant Fund Transfer only. After that we will update the Payment gateway to our online store. Payment gateway, including credit/debit cards & online bank transfers.
  • What should I do if the items I received are faulty?
    If you receive faulty items or items that do not match your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide a satisfactory solution as soon as possible, including returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • What is the product's transaction currency?
    All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
  • What shipping method do UNITY provide?
    Basically, for most orders, we use JNT for shipping arrangements. If there are specific requirements, we can also arrange transportation using Lalamove. In addition to this, we also collaborate with POS LAJU and Gdex.
  • How long doses UNITY processing my order?
    Typically, orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. We process orders from 10:00am – 6:00pm on Sunday - Friday We will not process any orders on all major Malaysia holidays.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Normally it takes 2-4 business days for you to receive your orders. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Delivery times may vary depending on the region. You can track the delivery status using the tracking number provided.
  • Can I change my shipping address after the order is shipped?
    Sorry, the shipping address can't be changed once the order is shipped. Before the order is shipped, you can contact our official customer service via WhatsApp at 0126574337  immediately to arrange for coordination.
