Local Shipping Fee ::
All our orders require self-payment of shipping fees. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination, and will be displayed at checkout. If you have any inquiries regarding the shipping fee, kindly contact our customer service directly after placing your order. We may adjust the shipping fee based on the circumstances at the time.

Shipping Issue
Lost & Undelivered Packages ::
Lost or undelivered packages are NOT the responsibility of UNITY. Any issues arising from non-receipt of packages must be resolved with the postal carrier used.
UNITY is committed to assisting in resolving such issues, and any transportation errors must be reported within 24 hours after the last tracking update.
Please note that errors and incomplete addresses provided by users may result in delays, returns, and other issues affecting the successful delivery of orders. UNITY does NOT assume any and all expenses related to errors and incorrect address submissions made by users.

Missing / Incorrect items / Incorrect quantity ::

We encourage customers to record a video while receiving and unpacking their parcels whenever possible. In case of quantity discrepancies or receiving the wrong style/flavor, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 0108610907 within 36 hours of receiving the goods, along with your video and order details. Upon review, if your order is confirmed to have discrepancies, UNITY will arrange for the missing items to be resent.
If the wrong items were shipped, please inform our customer service whether you would like to keep the items or require replacements. In the event of replacements, UNITY will cover the necessary shipping fees and provide a return shipping label. Kindly visit the nearest shipping company to arrange for the return.

Damage in Transit ::
We ask customers to contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 0108610907 within 36 hours of discovering any issues with items damaged in transit. Please provide photos of the damaged items for our review. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will arrange for the re-shipping of the affected items.

Order Cancellation and Modification ::

Once an order has been placed and is being processed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications. However, we will do our utmost to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise. In the event of a "SOLD OUT" issue, our customer service team will also communicate with you via WhatsApp to negotiate alternatives. Please ensure that your contact information is correct.
