WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Return Request & Conditions

  1. Customers can request a return for purchased products, limited to items eligible for return or covered by warranty.

  2. In the event of receiving incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

  3. To qualify for a return, unused items must be returned in their original packaging.

  4. Returned items will undergo inspection to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

 

Non-Eligibility for Returns

  1. Promotional/discounted items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and/or refunds.

  2. We do not accept return requests based on reasons such as "change of mind" or "no longer want it."

  3. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, and/or refund requests if we determine that the customer and/or purchaser has abused our return policy.

Warranty Policy

  1. Standard Warranty: Unless otherwise specified, all products come with an implied industry-standard 14-day warranty from the date of order to safeguard against defects caused by manufacturing or malfunction.

  2. Exclusions: Warranty does not cover products used for purposes beyond the manufacturer's intended design. The 14-day warranty period starts from the date of order, not from the date of usage.

  3. Burned Coils, used damaged coils due to usage are not covered under the warranty and return policy unless leakage or startup issues are observed upon receipt of the goods, in which case, contact customer service immediately.

  4. Coils, wires, and clearance items are not covered in warranty & return policy.

  5. Minor scratches, aesthetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.

  6. E-liquids / E-Juice are also non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

  7. Additionally, damages caused by misuse, disassembly, custom modifications, or user errors are not covered under warranty.

Shipping Responsibility

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping incorrect items. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  1. This return policy applies to products purchased from our online store. Different return policies may apply to purchases made in physical stores.

  2. We reserve the right to adjust and modify the return policy. Any changes will be announced on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
